  I had some medium format hyper stereo shots
with too much on-film-deviation (perhaps 10 or more
mm vs the "correct" 2.7)

  With my glasses removed (-4 diopter prescription)
I can view from about 250mm away and was easily able
to fuse the full stereo images.

  But viewing the slide in my viewer (with 82mm)
lenses I was unable to fuse the too-near objects.
