Well, I looked it up in Kingslake and by Jove, my previous post
was correct.  A shock to me.  But it comes back to me now that I 
have said on numerous previous occasions that the depth of field 
is the same if the linear aperture is the same and the final 
magnification is the same.  In our case, the final magnification 
is the same because we view from the center of perspective.  
Remembering this just makes it all the more embarrassing.  8-(
Oh well, I'll get over it.  Apologies to Sam and Greg whom I have 
misled in the past.
