T3D The Themelis modification

If you go to 

http://www.angelfire.com/ca2/tech3d/techdocs.html

and pull down "MAOFD Spreadsheet - short" which is really anafa.xls,
you'll see I've added the Themelis column which gives the remaining
usable film width assuming a film gate of 34 mm width.  Shocking how
often this is the _real_ limitation!

I couldn't exactly figure out your formula George (hey, I'm simple), 
so I kludged up my own, but I think I've followed the spirit of what 
you wanted.  Check it out and see if it works.
