T3D DOF calculator

I just added to
http://www.angelfire.com/ca2/tech3d/techdocs.html
a DOF calculator.  It is down at the bottom of the page.
It's an old spreadsheet but I added some words to it to
make it a little clearer.  I figure it would be useful
in conjunction with the short maofd sheet since the short 
sheet doesn't have that included.  This is a _geometric_ 
DOF calculator but I have tacked on fuzziness due to
physical optics at the far right and then summed the 
two fuzzinesses approximately.
