OK, I see one question in here that I didn't see before.
The answer is no, the scaling and the perspective stretch
don't actually interact per se.  If the picture is 1/4
scale, it will still be 1/4 scale but if you view from the
wrong distance, you will see stretch or squash of the
third dimension.  Am I getting warmer?
