Seitz also makes a 5" full swing panorama camera....;-))
You just have to convince Kodak that you are willing to pay big bucks
to order a minimum batch of IR in this size.
Or cut 9.5" in two....:-))

Currently, I know of only one artsy and one technical book (both
German):

- "Infrarot, Fotografie auf andere Wellenlaenge", by Rudolf
Hillebrand (with Andy Davidhazy as reference!). Verlag Photography,
Schaffhausen (Switzerland). ISBN 3-7231-0019-8. 112 pages A4
Artsy, but also some background. Includes the only 4x5" b&w IR I have
ever seen.

- "Moderne Infrarot- und UV- Fotografie", by Guenter Spitzing.
Augustus Verlag Augsburg 1992. ISBN 3-8043-5494-7
Two previous editions, 1968 (would love to get one) & 1979 (also in
Dutch, which I have).
Very technical, the most detailed and experimental book I have
ever seen. Close to scientific level. Goes deep into details,
including history and related subjects (night vision, thermovision).
Cor will agree with me that this is though stuff. I still find things
I overlooked the many times I read it sofar. 214 pages A5.

I am also pretty sure there was a UK/US publication about grave yards
and stuff in Ireland or Scotland last year. Can't remember the title,
male photographer. Artsy/documentary.
