Re: Exposure

I've recently run some filter profiles on some 3" Wratten gel filters
using a monochromator in the lab where I work. We recently got new
bulbs for the lamp, so I can run some more tests. If anyone is
interested in the filter profiles, or if anyone has a web site where
they could post them, I'd be more than happy to mail them out.

The filter profiles have three columns in them. The first one is
wavelength in angstroms, the second is the transmission (0.0 to 1.0),
and the third is the RMS error for each point. The ones I ran were in
10A steps, but that could be done up to a 1A resolution if that would
be useful.

The only filters I own are a #8, #12, #25, #47A, #58, and a #90
viewing filter. For IR probably the only interesting ones would be
the #25 and the #47A (which passes IR past 7000A). The rest aren't
too hot for IR.

If there's interest, let me know.
