I can only guess you have read PhotoForum for very short time....
I'll only allow your question if you can proof a relation between IR
and Newton (not the photog!....;-)).

In Holland, we use talcum powder on baby buttocks.
I hardly believe US baby buttocks are any different.
BTW, to get this back on topic: I just saw a nice IR pic in the latest
FotoMagazin (German): two nekkid kids playing along the shoreline
(sp?), resulting in two sparkling bright bodies in front of a pitch
black sea, with nice white gulf breakers. 24mm wide angle
perspective. Very nice.
I only once took HIE to the beach, but it was soo hot I think I
spoiled the film; results where rather dull.
Must remember to do this again with my Horizon; beaches are a perfect
subject for panoramas.
Anyone done much sea/shore/beach/marine/water stuff with IR?
