My changing bag (bought from U.S. Army surplus in the 1960s) is so big
it accommodates crates or boxes or small pieces of furniture to keep
it away from busy hands.  Are there none that tent-like still on the
market?  Perhaps a manufacturer of hot-air balloons could develop a
sideline to make use of his scrap material...

But thinking seriously about it, there are a number of companies in my
area that make a variety of sewn-cloth items like tote bags.  Since
they regularly do custom work, I bet they could fabricate changing
bags for a less than outrageous price if they had an order for, say,
20 pieces.  If there is enough interest in this group, I could
approach a couple of them and get an estimate.
