I found that when I combined a #25 and a polarizer, I got extremely dark
skies. One photo/print that I have the sky was completely black with
menacing(sp?) clouds. It is one of my favs because the sun was behind my
back and lit everything up in a very nice way. It can be hard to descibe
in words, so I won't. You are going to have to remeber that combining
these two filters amounts to an enormous light loss, a min. of 4 stops IMHO.
