Unfortunately, this will only "kinda" work.  There are two reasons for
loading in total dark.  One is the lack on an anti-halation layer on the
film.  The other is that the felt is not IR opaque.  So although it
might help, I'm thinking you'll still get some fogging, depending upon
the light circumstances.  Next month I buy the changing tent I should
have had all along.
