 I have had some very good luck using Rodinal with Konica infrared in 35mm
and 120 format. Here are my notes:

Konica IR @ ISO 100, TTL metering wratten # 25 red filter.

Develop for 18 minutes at 68 F. in Rodinal 1:50 dilution.
