Chances are that the regular processing labs would ruin your film. I
have a friend who decided to go that route - the technician opened the
Kodak IR film canister in the light. Also, I believe that most "regular
processing labs" standardize on TMax developer, IMHO not the best
choice. Why not develop it yourself? It takes about half an hour, and
after purchasing a tank (about $30) will cost you well under a dollar a
roll. It can be done without a darkroom in your home.
