Did anyone try Kodak HC 110?

So many answers direct me to Agfa Rodinal.  One of my local supply stocks up
a lot of Rondinal and very few (and old) kodak developers...  Is it
(Rondinal) becoming an universal developer at all?  I am totally new in this
and would like to know what are the difference between these developers.  I
can find the technical data from the FAQ...  But how about the subjective
factor telling me which is a better choice?
