Sun irradiance data at sea level

Hi gang,

For those interested, I have added a chapter on my homepage about the
irradiance spectrum of the sun at sea level, including a distinction
between perpendicular sun beams (high noon), and sun light at a low
angle (afternoon and early morning). Also a nice chart linked on that
page, but be warned, it is 62kB large....

PS: if I read it right, it is a confirmation of a statement in
Guenter Spitzing's book that sunlight early in the morning and late
in the afternoon contains *relatively* more IR than at high noon.
