Re: (Fwd) EOS and IR film

I set up same experiment with my Elan and HIE some time ago.
I got fogging into image area (along with the sprocket holes) as far as 4-5mm
approximately. But the negatives were printable. I burned in  the fogged
area and it looks pretty good (especially in the pictures with grass, asphalt
or brick at the bottom of the image).
But still I wish I had anothr EOS camera without whisper drive for using with
HIE. So far I don't feel like I can justify a purchase of another EOS body to
be used with infra-red.
