I believe there was a note about the books first print in 
1939....1947 was the second print (or edition?), wasn't it Tammy?

Ah well....I hereby declare this list an academical institute, with
similar rights of non-profit use....;-)) 

You should never have started this in the US Tammy.... 
Holland is a much safer base for reasonable decisions without
legal paper work....:-))
