This is interesting information.  Frankly, I have been using T-Max RS
developer, 1:9 at 70F for 9 min. with very good results.  I set an EI of 400
and use a #25 filter, metering thru the lens on my Nikon FM2.  I prefer this
method (developer) to Rodinal, HC110 or D:76.  However, that is not to say
those or any other developers might not be more suitable for others using
different EI's and/or looking for different results.  Just an additional
$.02.
