Yep; both HIE (as 2424) and Ektachrome IR (as 2443) have an equivalent in
70mm *and* in 9.5", both perforated long roll film.

Are you planning to use ordinary (non-aerial) photo equipment?
There are only a few systems left that offer 70mm backs: Linhof, 
Mamiya 67, Rollei 600x ($$$$, uses Mamiya internals) and Hasselblad.
