Willem,

You got the book today !!!     GREAT !!!  That was fast.  By the way, for
anyone interested this is the ORIGINAL hardbound book.   ;) 

How do you like it?  Is it of any use? <gg>

For those that I promised copies ... I think it was like 5 or 6 people that
emailed me directly - well I already mailed your copies.  Any new requests from
this moments on will not be honoured.  I do not want the responsibility ... if
someone else wants to volunteer ... then so be it <s>.

Let's get on with it and discuss this crazy book!  Willem, have you read the
whole thing yet!?
