What? Was there a paperback too?!?....8-))
Gawd, imagine how hard to copy *that* would have been!....;-))

I like it. I will stuff it in my shelf and let noone have a copy. NOT.

That's a pity, since I don't have access to a fast spitting copier 
for free....;-))
It will come down to $15 for the 240 A4 copies, not sure yet what P&P 
will be. Sorry to double it, Tammy really spoiled the market by 
having access to a free copier....<grin>

Oeff....I have only started and peaked a little. 
The most amazing about it is the almost acribic bibliography; every 
chapter is followed by at least two pages of references!
Other interesting stuff: the print plates of the first edition were 
destroyed during WWII air raids in London.
(If anyone ever sees this 1936 edition by the same author, I take the 
burden of photo copies once again....;-))
