If I remember any of my college german "hellrot" means light red in
English. i would bet it is close to a Kodak wratten #23 red filter. You
would probably have a filter factor of +1 to +1.5 stops. I would bracket
quite bit however to be sure you get a good exposure. If I remember the
hellrot is close to a dark orange filter in its IR effect-not total, but
sufficient to notice a change from standard panchromatic film.
