Hi gang,

For those fed up (pun intended) with turkey white, I finally uploaded
a whole bunch of IR pictures with a different color white to my
homepage:

PS: I also got back the test results from an IR session taken with
my 8mm Sigma, with a #87C taped between the film rails. 
A genuine bull's eye, I have no choice other than falling in love with it....8-))

Kudo's to Andrew Davidhazy, who mentioned this film rail filter in
one of his documents. With the internal screw filter system of this
lens (you literally have to break the lens in half to get access to
the filter!) any other filter method with such dark filters would
have been a night mare....8-))

Time will tell how long the filter can sit there unaffected by dust, 
finger prints and scratches. Guess I have to learn to darkload my 
camera with Fingerspitzengefuehl....:-))
