Since Willem himself hasn't reposted the information he got at
Photokina, I'll take the liberty of quoting from his original post:

The Russians are coming!
Lo and behold, the best news of this years Kina: those sneaky
Russians have an IR film too! What did I say? One film? THREE b&w
IR films, and one false color film! Still not sure if the latter is
indeed an IR slide film, but in the Babylonic confusion they did claim
it
was better than the Ektachrome (IR?). I can only guess they didn't
use the name 'false color film' in vain. The false color sizes
however definately indicate aerial applications, being 8, 19 and 32
cm tall....and 60m long....will soon find out whether 135 or long
roll 35mm is available. The b&w range definately is; whatever size I=20
want: they will make me a batch. 16, 35, 70mm....up to 350mm!=20
I even could get 35mm in DX cartridges....how convenient!....8-))

They had only one pictorial example for b&w (none for color), and
IMO they do use an antihalation layer. Yet two of the three b&w films
are even MORE sensitive than HIE!=20
Here's the scope (warning: technical!):

- Spectral range: 750-1150nm/700-1000nm/400-1100nm=20
- Max sensitivity: 1050nm/740-920nm/500-1070nm=20
- Energetical sensitivity at maximum, criterium=20
D=3D0.85+D0, in cm^2/Erg: 2x10^-2 / 17 / 10^-2
- Sensitivity with filter KC-14 (don't ask, I don't know!), at same=20
criterium, in GHOST numbers (almost ASA equivalent I believe?):=20
3.0/350/30
- Minimum resolution with filter KC-14, in mm^-1: 350/55/110
(not sure if this equals lines or line *pairs*; the false color film=20
also does 110 btw)=20
- Maximum gradation: 4.0/2.0/2.5
- Delta log S(lamda) 0.20/0.30/0.30
(the German translation suggest a 'diffusion-blackness grade', a=20
think I once tried to translate before, but in vain....8-))
- Storage time at -10C: 6 months

If you think this is it:

Of course I had to mention our Internet connection, and they were
very interested. Wrote down email and http address, and after I
finished with Infrared Photography Mailinglist, the CEO of the
company asked if I had the address of the president of this
society....so your's truely swiftly declared himself President of the
Infrared-Photography Mailinglist....I hope noone objects against this=20
coup....8-))))=20

Upon further investigation, and explaining how our 'society' looks
like, the question about the president became clear: it seems as if
those darn Russians have indeed an Infrared (Photography?) Society in
their country.

Stunned about this latest Russky trick (thusfar I am only used to
tricks with Russky photo equipment, which Cor can confirm), I asked
how old this society was....only a few months!=20
('society' somehow means old in my dictionary....)=20
Maybe this summer has to be archived as a modern milestone for IR
photography....not only a mailinglist, but a true IR society as well!
He promised me to contact the society about this list, and I hope to
receive some info

They also were quite curious about my application for this
film....my answer 'art' caused quite some confusion, I had to repeat
that more than once. None of their brochures mentiones anything
other than astronomy, spectroscopy, forensic and agricultural
research, art restauration and other highly technical applications.
Yet their demo picture showed a nice landscape, but I guess they saw
only the agricultural use of it.=20
Strange....but very promising nonetheless! Stay tuned!
