You can freeze any film, some even *require* it for storage (like
Ektachrome IR).
And you don't need to thaw it up several hours before shooting, I
have loaded film as short as 10 minutes after taking it out of the
freezer, by throwing it in a glass of hand warm water.
Keeping them in your pant pocket for a while does the trick too.
Watch out not to chill vital parts though....;-))
