camera recommendation

While I don't pretend to be a teacher, I have to note that the K1000 
seems to be notorious for its dimpled pressure plate, marking HIE 
with diamond shape dots. Can be solved with taping 120 backing on the 
pressure plate, but it is something to keep in mind.
All of the above extracted from an UK mag some months ago (SFX 
article I believe).
