yes, i have tried xtol and hie, only once, it has been awhile since
i shot hie though. i used full strength with it and used kodaks
recommended times, i don't know the times off my head, but i remember
exposing it at ei 10 with an 87c filter(compliments of your web page
thanky!!!) what i noticed was that it seemed easier to develop and i had
alot more usable frames.(i bracket +-1 ev).
grain seemed decent, slightly less than what i used before(d-76 and sprint
1:1)@5X7 enlargement. since i bought xtol, i've found that my tmax 100 and
400 have looked so much better than before. i really like the stuff.
as far as the datasheet, i used kodak's fax on demand system, took about
two minutes and then printed it. all in all, it's about 10 pages or so.
not sure of the exact number. also, i was very surprised that kodak
published such an informitive pub.
