Yes, HIE is listed in the XTOL data from Kodak.
I have not tried this combination as yet but I see the following:  At 20
degrees C, for C.I. 0.58 - 6 minutes, for C.I. 0.65 - 6.75 minutes, C.I.
0.75 - 7.75 minutes.
ref. Kodak J107 XTOL developer for small tank & Tray processing.
