You can find development times on Kodak's Web page. They are located
at:
KODAK:KODAK XTOL Developer for Small Tank and Tray Processing

KODAK:KODAK XTOL Developer for Rotary-Tube Processors

I developed my 35mm HIE at the 1:3 dilution, following exposure via
EI250 metered TTL (through the lens). I carefully selected this
dilution for one important reason - I only had 3 ounces of developer
remaining. I developed at 75F for 13 3/4 minutes and the negatives look
fine. I will be running tests in a couple of months when the IR picks
up and am really looking forward to seeing what it will do with 4X5. I
have one gallon of D76 remaining and it will very probably be my last,
as I've found Xtol to be slightly superior in nearly every aspect.
