I shoot 4X5 IR. The five dots on the dark slide indicate that it is IR
opaque. I have a friend who has indicated problems with his Fidelity
holders (they have more than five dots for whatever reason), although I
think I remember someone mentioning that they did not. Of course, you
could always test your holders, and if problems arise, purchase new
ones. Used Riteway holders (which I use for IR) can often be found used
for $6-7.
I use a Crown Graphic (as well as pinhole - images on my Web page) with
no bellows probems. I have a friend with a Wisner that cannot use his
because of the bellows. To date, a suggested trade has not been
accepted. <g>
