KODAK HIE MIN GRAIN FOR 16 X 20's HOW ?

Hi all,

Currently I am using HIE exposed at 200asa with Hoya 72 (wratten 89).
Developing in Ilford ID-11 for 15mins at 1+1. HIE is very grainy
anyway but what would you suggest (exposure/developers/times etc) to
minimise the grain in the event of needing 16 x 20 enlargments. Also
what about maximising the grain, any ideas.
