Kodak Wratten #12 & #16 for Ektachrome IR still available?

Hi gang,

Does anyone know whether Kodak still makes the Wratten #12 and #16
(minus-blue and yellow/orange) in gelatine? The ones recommended for 
Ektachrome IR....
They skipped most of the IR-filters in the last couple of 
years....what about the rest of the Wratten series?

I need an easy-to-cut kind of filter material to fabricate a filter
for my Horizon 202....I think the choice of materials is limited to
Schott glass and Kodak gelatine....#8 yellow and #21 orange are 
common, but nothing inbetween.
