I read the Kodak site that the upcoming EIR-135-36 allows the choice 
of AR-5 or E-6, with scientific/technical vs art, and 100 ASA vs 200 
ASA. No use putting two different *emulsions* on one page, or did I 
miss something?

Mmm....my Kodak Quality Lab in Holland *does* list push
processing....about $5 for ordinary development, with an additional
$2 for push, no matter how many stops.
