I usually develop Konica IR750 in Rodinal at 20C. Try 5 minutes
with dilution 1+25 or 8 minutes with dilution 1+50. You might have
a little bit lower contrast negatives, if you use Xtol. Kodak give no
developing times for this film, but I have developed 9 minutes at 20C
with undiluted Xtol.

I have used Konica IR750 with #25 and #29 filters at EI 100,
so I think you can use the same developing times for your film.
