Extended red sensitivity films by Kodak

Hi all,

I have been taking a look at Kodak's homepage and found out that Kodak
Technical Pan Film is supposed to be "a variable contrast panchromatic
film with extended red sensitivity". Did anybody here ever tried it? Is it
anything similar to Ilford SFX 200?
