Interesting, didn't know the G2 had this IR-LED 'defect' too....does
the G1 also have this?
Konica is probably safe, it at least is safe with all IR-LED EOS
bodies. Not to mention the even less sensitive Agfa APX200 and Ilford
SFX200.
Btw, I have a note on this EOS/IR fogging on my homepage:

It is not entirely impossible to use Kodak HIE with these EOS bodies,
but it does fog about 4mm into the image area of the film, on the
bottom (LED is on top, but image inside the camera is reversed).
