D-76 times and temps

I shot some Kodak HIE 4x5 this morning, and now I can't find any data on
development times, stop bath times, fix times.  I have a Kodak
Dataguide, but it doesn't give development data for HIE.  The nerve.  

Is it the same as something like Tri-x or Plus-x?

Can anyone help?  Soon? Looks like my chemicals are at 70-72 F.  I'm
doing tank development.
