The problem you'll find is that most places don't do B&W.  Of those few
that do, many don't know anything about IR.  Of those few that do, well,
you'll be lucky to find them.

IMO, you'd be much better off developing your own negatives.  If you
aren't doing your own work, you'll need to send them out to be printed
anyway, and developing your own will take an initialk investment of
around $50.  That done, you'll be able to develop your own film and do
it to your own specifications - something very few places will
accommodate.
