I don't know if this will be a lot of help for you but...

I used to live in the Metro DC area and there was a superb lab in
Arlington/Falls Church, VA called Black and White.  I don't remember the name
of the owner but I do know that they only do B/W and they only do it one way
- -- superbly!  They will do mail order, or at least used to.  You might try
giving them a call.
