well to answer your question on how to keep fiber flat, i think there are
several ways to do. at least that i have found.
1) stand on top of it for at least 3-4 days.ooopss! i mean, i have put
heavy books on top of them for a few days which works so-so.
2) toning the print works very well, either with sepia or selenium
toner(no color change) or anything that suits you.
3) kodak makes a print flattening solution that you mix 1:10 that works
well if you don't want to tone your images.
these might work for you, but ultimately it depends on the moisture
content of the air(at least i think so) in which the prints are
dried/viewed.
