When I was on vacation in Portland, Seattle, and Victoria earlier this year, I
made the obligatory pilgrimage to Powell's City of Books in Portland, which
had both the largest and the best selection of photographic books I've
encountered in the states.  I managed to score a copy of Clark's book there
for $11.
