Plus density / jobo v. hand processing

So the last test I did solved all of my problems! Many thanks to all
that helped lead me to the solution! I abandoned hand processing. With
this method I was getting heavy plus density on the top and bottom edges
of the image area (near the sprocket holes), and funny Mold-looking holes
or minus density spots. I then went to JOBO processing which eliminated
the "mold", but gave banding of uneven development running the length of
the film, and still a bit of plus density. Now I have it! Dip & Dunk!
I found a lab that has a dip & dunk processor. The film has very even
development, no plus density (most likely caused by agitation in tank
development),and no "mold" (caused by air bubbles). Yipee! One thing
though, this lab uses T-Max developer. I have no experience with it.
All of the other labs I go to use D-76. Does anyone have oppinions on
T-max developer for HIE?
Thanks Again,
Greg Pease
