My Konica images are on my Web page, so you can judge for yourself. I
"usually" shoot it @ EI 8 when metered through a #25 filter. I like to
develop it with Rodinal, but would guess that ID11 would be your choice
of developer. WJ can probably help you with advice on the B+W 092
filter. I've used a Hoya R72 and it works famously.
