Yup, B+W 092 equals Wratten #89B, and up to #87 you can improve the
IR-effect with Konica.

Can't help you here....I never develop myself, and with #25 red I
used to shoot at 8 ASA, so #89B should be at least 4 ASA, maybe even
2 or 1. As these ratings are hard to set for a light meter, I
recommend you calibrate your camera and use a TTF-reading (Trough
The Filter).
