Photo Printers

Another photographer in my association showed me some self-designed
brochures at a meeting the other day. He did a multi-photo composite with
his studio logo in Photoshop and printed out a one-sided promotional piece.
It looked beautiful! I asked him what printer he had, and here's what he said:
"My printer is a Canon BJC-4550. I chose it over the Epson because the Canon
will print 11x17". Street price about $499."
The interesting thing is this: he has both Windows 95 and Windows NT 4.0
installed on his PC. The page he printed out under NT showed deep, rich
colors. The page he printed out under 95 was lighter and faded looking. We
don't yet know the cause.
