The distance between the sprockets is exactly 60mm, 1.5mm less than
the total width of 120/220. Considering that the sprocket area is
now used for guiding the film over the film rails, you have
theoretically a little more width, but I don't think any system
differs much between 120/220 and 70mm.
Other than that, the same formatting is possible as with 120/220: a
45mm long piece of film is used for the Bronica and Pentax 645
cameras, a (nearly) 70mm long piece of film is used for Mamiya RB,
and a 60mm piece is used for Rollei 600x (odd, hardly known detail:
the Rollei backs use Mamiya internals!).
