Size of 70mm film

Thanks to everyone who explained what 70mm film looks like.  I just got a roll
of 70mm IR from Kodak and I love it.  I think the simplest way to explain the
dimensions of 70mm film is the following:  70mm film has the exact same
dimensions as two widths of 35mm film lying side by side.  The perforations are
also located in the exact same location from the edge of the film.  The only
difference is that 70mm film is twice as wide!
