They're called Spotone.  You can get a set of six dyes (1/2 oz each) with
the following colors: #3 Neutral, #1 Blue Black, #0 Olive, #S Sepia, #B
Brown, #2 Selenium.  Cost is around $11 US.

They also make a large set of 14 colored dyes for spotting color prints or
handcoloring b&w prints.  Cost is around $25 US.
