The Contax G1/G2 also use a IR-LED film counter.
I also believe that the first model EOS Rebel uses a mechanical
sprocket....the Elan I was the first in the EOS line to have this
silent IR-LED counter, after which the Rebel II with IR-LED was launched.
EOS-1(n), 10 and 600 series are safe.
Beyond that, there are some cameras fitted with a pressure plate
similar to those used in the databack version, ie with a square
cut-out. Minolta xi/si is notorious for this, I believe you can have
this changed. Otherwise one could tape it with 120 backing paper.
A general problem are dimpled pressure plates....not all are bad, but
many are....Pentax K1000 and Olympus cameras are examples.

Btw, I just received my second Mamiya RB 70mm back; the previous
owner said he had used it with IR a few times, and oddly enough he
had 120 backing paper taped to the pressure plate (also tape on the
door hinge, but that seems overly precautious....there is no way
light can enter there).
