This was an extremely interesting post.  I never thought it would be 
possible to (practically) split 70mm film in half.  I'm glad I'm wrong.

Kodak publication AS-69 (from their Aerial Film Section) lists Aerochrome 
II 2443 as being available in 70mm X 100 foot lengths.  This is what we 
have and it came perforated.  The rest of the listings for the three 2443 
films Kodak currently produces are all in the 9.5" wide format.

It should be noted that Aerochrome SO-134 and Aerochrome SO-060 are high 
altitude films designed for photography at about 15,000 feet.  They do have 
increased IR sensitivity when compared to the more garden variety 2443.
